AI Intake Training for Personal-Injury Law Firms · Simulated Phone Calls · English / Español

WinThe First Call.

Cases are signed — or lost — in the first phone call. IntakeTraining.ai drills your intake team with AI-simulated callers that cry, stall, and ramble like real claimants, then grades every call against your firm’s own scripts and case-selection criteria. Not generic training. Yours.

How It Works

Three steps to a sharper intake team.

Every firm gets its own private workspace at yourfirm.intaketraining.ai — your criteria, your call script, your people. Nothing is shared between firms.

STEP 01

Configure your standards

Load your case-selection criteria, red and green flags, must-ask questions, prohibited statements, and your prescribed call script — per case type. Sensible defaults get you running on day one.

STEP 02

Trainees drill & take calls

Scenario card drills build judgment; then the phone rings. AI callers with real emotion — nervous, angry, grieving, evasive — in English or Spanish, by text or live voice. The scenario bank replenishes itself.

STEP 03

Managers review everything

Weighted scores, transcripts, and full call recordings land in the manager dashboard. See who’s ready for live calls, who needs another week, and exactly why.

What’s Inside

Built for plaintiff firms, not call centers.

Your script, enforced

Trainees work from your firm’s ordered call script in a live panel. Grading checks every required step — and flags steps done out of order or skipped.

Emotional voice callers

Expressive AI voices perform the caller’s state — crying, sighing, shouting — so trainees practice empathy under pressure, not just checklists.

Call recordings

Every voice call can be recorded — both sides mixed — for manager playback. Retention is configurable and access is locked to your firm.

Bilingual by design

Spanish scenarios are true twins of English ones sharing one answer key — so a bilingual team trains to one standard, not two.

Real-world realism

Scenario timing, injuries, and caller behavior reflect statistics from thousands of real personal-injury intakes — auto, premises, WC, nursing home, med-mal.

Self-replenishing scenarios

The scenario bank tops itself up with AI-generated cases that match your criteria, so trainees never see the same fact pattern twice.

Grading

A score your managers can defend.

Every simulated call is graded on a weighted, firm-configurable rubric. Reading the script woodenly costs empathy points. A required step doesn’t count if the caller volunteered it unasked — the trainee has to drive the call.

FAQ

Questions firms actually ask.

Is our data shared with other firms?

No. Every firm has an isolated workspace on its own subdomain. Your criteria, scripts, scenarios, attempts, and recordings are visible only to your firm’s accounts.

How realistic are the simulated callers?

Caller behavior is grounded in aggregate statistics from 7,596 real personal-injury intakes — how long claimants wait to call, what they volunteer, what they hide. Voice calls use expressive AI speech that performs emotion rather than reading text flatly.

Do we have to write our own scripts and criteria?

No — every case type ships with defaults modeled on real intake forms. But the product is at its best when your firm edits them, and setup includes a working session with the Maestro team to load your standards.

What about Spanish-speaking callers?

Spanish is first-class: the interface, scenarios, live simulated callers, and grading all run in Spanish. Spanish scenarios are translated twins of English ones, sharing the same answer key, so standards stay identical.

Are training calls recorded?

Recording is opt-in per call and the trainee sees a notice before it starts. Recordings are stored outside the web root, reachable only through authenticated firm accounts, and swept on a retention schedule you control.
